We are committed to respecting and complying with legal requirements and the ethical values of our society. We apply the principle of sustainability in all its dimensions: economic, ecological and social. In our supply chain we avoid conflict minerals such as tantalum, tin, gold and tungsten from the Congo and its neighbouring countries. We document how we do this every year in the OPAL Sustainability Report.
OUR HISTORY
Eight employees became a group in three countries.
1996
Founding of OPAL Associates AG, your AutoID system integrator, in Wetzikon and Lausanne (Switzerland) with 8 employees.
1999
Founding of OPAL Associates GmbH in Konstanz (Germany), today based on the island of Reichenau.
2001
- Founding of OPAL Associates GesmbH in Götzis (Austria), today based in Vienna.
- Opening of the Lorsch office.
2011
Introduction of Labelmanagement in the SAP® environment.
2016
Registered trademark for OPAL Labelmanagement™.
2019
- 100th signed OPAL LABELMANAGEMENT™ contract.
