We are looking for another energetic reinforcement for our Professional Service Team. You are familiar with logistical processes and how manufacturing companies work and you are able to use this knowledge to advise our national and international customers.

Requirements and tasks

You see new tasks as a challenge and you use your technical as well as conceptual skills in the field of AutoID system solutions with a focus on SAP, thus strengthening us from day one.

You will encounter a very diverse and highly modern environment, use new technologies and get to know a very broad spectrum of SAP. Our consultants also work remotely and support medium-sized to internationally active customers from all industries. We offer a high degree of independence and personal responsibility.

  • Customizing, development and training of OPAL’s own software products (mobile e.g. with/in SAP and SAP labeling solutions)
  • Implementation, integration and go-live of the solution in existing customer SAP systems
  • Product support for our customers
  • Development and creation of process optimization concepts in logistics
  • Sales support (product presentations and consulting)
  • Project management and realisation of national and international projects at well-known customers

Education

We expect you to have the following educational background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar such as Computer Science, Business Information Systems e.g.
  • Very good language skills both written and verbal in German and English

Qualifications

You have extensive and in-depth knowledge of the following topics:

  • SAP logistics processes
  • SAP ABAP and Basis knowledge (desirable)
  • Project management
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Quick comprehension
  • Influencing skills and creative power
  • Network knowledge (Active Directory, TCP/IP, Firewall, Proxy Systems, Wireless LAN)
  • Mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) as well as Windows client and server operating system
  • Know how and experience in Bartender, Nicelabel or other label design software is a plus advantage

Location

Your working location is at one of our German offices: Reichenau, Lorsch, Munich or Hamburg. You should be willing to travel, as project work will also be performed on-site at the customer.
