SATO HR2 high-quality label printer
The SATO HR2 high-quality label printer has been specially developed for printing of very small labels with highest precision. It can carry and print label sizes between 7×3 mm and 58×200 mm with 305 or 609 dpi with pinpoint accuracy. This is especially important for applications such as printing of IMEI numbers for mobile phone packaging boxes, labels for electronic components such as CPU boards, labels for the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic and jewelry labels.
The SATO HR224 (305 dpi) and HR242 (609 dpi) label printers are only 197x365x285 mm in size and offer sufficient space even in cramped conditions. The printer is equipped with an optional internal self-strip and an internal rewinder for receiving the label carrier material. The standard model comes with RS232C, USB and LAN interface. The printer language is SBPL, the printer programming language of SATO. To communicate with your printer we recommend BarTender by Seagull or NiceLabel.
In order to be able to use the full performance of the SATO HR2 high-quality label printer, we advise the use of high-quality plastic labels. For best printing results it is recommended to use a resin ribbon during the thermal transfer print process. This allows sharp, smear-proof and long-lasting prints.
